Red Barn Realty is a local, woman-owned boutique brokerage dedicated to serving the unique needs of the Ann Arbor, Saline, Manchester, Ypsilanti, and Ypsilanti Township communities and their surrounding areas. Our knowledgeable, professional Realtors® have over 25 combined years’ experience. Red Barn Realty only hires experienced agents who are smart, service-minded, warm people.

Why are we named Red Barn Realty?

Our Broker/Owner, Merrill Guerra, had a Red Barn on her 5 acres in Ypsilanti Township when started the company. There they had cows, llamas, chickens, gardens, cats and dogs. She has since moved into town in Village of Manchester and rehomed her farm babies to a neighbor down the road. She’s actively working on recreating her gardens in town and enjoying being walking distance from all the wonderful activities in downtown.
